Vincent tells us a story where he tried to show one of his listings but the house wasn’t exactly show ready…due to the rager his client threw the night before. And what he walked in on was hilarious! He also recalls a story where he and another agent showed up to a listing appointment but to their surprise, the seller was wearing, well, almost nothing…! He also says he’s quite the matchmaker and will find Stephanie a husband - TBD!
