When we reconnected at a recent business dinner, we both knew he had to come on the show! Nick tells us the story of how he found his current home and how he was dodging shit, like, literally. He then tells a wild story of a property he and his brothers flipped where a man died because one of the other tenants accidentally started a fire in the basement!
