Today we are sitting down with Valerie Zatt from Compass! Valerie shares a story about a particular listing down in Mission Bay that she has sold a couple times over. But the first time she had it on the market she received a call from the cops because a naked man had broke into the property! Then she shares a story where she showed a vacant property to some good friends of hers and the husband walks into the house, stops dead in his tracks (pun intended!), and said he was able to see the old man sitting in the corner who had recently passed away in the home….WE HAD CHILLS!
