Do you say yes when you really want to say no? Are you fearful of revealing parts of yourself might cause a negative reaction?
For more than 25 years, I’ve been on a mission to dig deep and uncover who I am as a man. And through my journey, I have found out a few things about myself that I didn’t particularly like and things that I did like. You see while I’ve read 1000s of pages, spent 1000s of dollars at numerous workshops while becoming accredited in a few things. Nothing really changed until I almost lost everything for a second time.
What changed you ask? Well, I started to take responsibility for three things. First, for where I am in life. Second, for who I am, warts and all. And third, for what I aspire to become. From that point on, my mission is to mentor other men to do what I did and do because the journey is far more enjoyable when you bring others along.
So today, we are going to talk about killing that one part of every man and that is being the nice guy.
