In this episode, I am joined by Guadalupe Valenzuela realtor with 22 years of experience. Guadalupe has been the first and only real-estate agent that me and my father have had. We get into what its like starting out as a realtor and the many different things that have lead her to become who she is now. We also get into the different aspect that come in the real estate business and how things are always changing and varying when it comes to the house market, demand, prices, interests, and etc. Guadalupe’s work and and knowledge speaks for it self and is has truly been a blessing for us and everything she has helped us with.
