Last night, I had an incredible conversation with a woman and mom from Finland who I laughed out loud and had many aha moments with.
And, who reminded me of the struggle of being a mom AND on a career path continues to be ever challenging in today’s world.
So, I had to change today’s podcast to THIS recording close to my heart!
You will always be who you are.
And, there are new ways of working with what is in the moment that will continue to offer opportunities to grow forward.
Integrating life and work and home and being best parent and person possible doesn’t happen over night.
Just take a breath and keep doing things better and with as much consciousness “as possible” in the moment.
You’re doing great. As you are.
All those imperfect moments.. are growing empathy in our kids! (And in us).. and hopefully others.
