Hal's "SAVERS" formula for creating a winning morning:
S - Silence (prayer, meditation)
A - Affirmations (but not the cheesy kind)
V - Visualization (seeing your success in advance)
E - Exercise (get the blood flowing to your brain)
R - Reading (something inspirational to set you on the right track)
S - Scribing (a fancy word for journaling that makes the acronym work!)
