The Philadelphia Eagles have completed a week of training camp and have some interesting takeaways! Vic Fangio and the defense is making big strides by outperforming the offense up t this point. Players like Jihaad Campbell and Quinyon Mitchell are standing out with excellent performances. However, there are some questions in regards to some positional battles like cornerback and edge. Kelee Ringo and Adore Jackson have been inconsistent, but overall been okay & our edge room has not been stellar outside of Nolan Smith and Jalynx Hunt. Is there going to be some issues on this defense this upcoming season? Will Kelee Ringo make that leap into a starter role? Offensively, the story is more about how stellar Saquon Barkley has looked and how choppy the passing game with Jalen Hurts has been in this camp. With new coordinator Kevin Patullo, will the offense have a different identity and are the struggles we are seeing something that is more dire than reports are letting on? Let’s Discuss!
