Former Trump lawyer Alina Habba has decided that the $900,000 fine that her and another lawyer were slapped with earlier this year for filing a frivolous lawsuit on Trump's behalf against Hillary Clinton just wasn't enough, so she's now going to RE-FILE the lawsuit with the same judge. But Habba swears it'll be different this time, because she allegedly has new evidence AND she'll request that the previous judge be removed from the case. Has anyone even checked to see if she actually graduated from law school?
Also, according to a new report, Republican presidential hopeful Vivek Ramaswamy says that the President of Newsmax told him that he would have to pay the network if he wanted to get on their shows. Newsmax adamantly denies these claims, but Ramaswamy allegedly told two of his associates that this is what he had been told by the head of the company. If true, and that's a big IF, then the network could be looking at serious legal problems regarding a quid pro quo for candidates.
And finally, Stephen Miller, a former advisor to Donald Trump who still maintains close ties with him, is telling Republicans in Congress to start drafting criminal referrals against Democrats. Miller said during an appearance on Fox News that conservatives are going to weaponize the Department of Justice against Democrats - but only because Democrats allegedly did it first. This is why Republicans have been making that claim all along - because every accusation is an admission.
