The stooges at Fox News now believe that shoplifting should not only be a capital offense, but it is apparently now an act of all-out war. This week, multiple Fox News hosts openly suggested that bombing Mexico was a "good idea" because some Mexicans have allegedly come into the United States and have been shoplifting. The answer for Republicans is always war, no matter what the question is.
Also, even though Hunter Biden had a very bad week, Republicans in Congress are having a worse one. Republicans in the lower chamber continue to hyper-focus on the Biden family, constantly teasing that a new witness is around the corner to expose everything, only for it to flop. And voters have noticed. New polling shows that attacking Hunter and Joe Biden has only made the public more sympathetic to that relationship, which is the exact opposite of what Republicans were trying to do.
And finally, a former official at the Department of Homeland Security during the Trump administration said during a podcast this week that he and other staffers would constantly have to "dumb down" Donald Trump's intelligence briefings so that he could both pay attention and understand them. The former official, Miles Taylor, says that he would even try to write the one-page briefings in Trump's voice with his language so that Trump would be more inclined to listen to their suggestions.
