Also, even though the public is hoping that Donald Trump gets hit with a gag order to make him stop talking about his criminal trials, the truth is that he's helping out prosecutors every time he opens his mouth. He's essentially admitted to nearly everything that he's been accused of, and those are statements that are absolutely going to be used against him in court, even if it is only to put him on the spot during a cross-examination.
Finally, Donald Trump's cognitive abilities aren't exactly the best out there, and he's got enough crazy statements out there on the record to build a solid case for an insanity defense at his criminal trials. But could he ever bring himself to actually make this admission in court, or would his ego get in the way of a potential legal defense, even if it keeps him out of prison?
