Description

I'm so thrilled to have Mary back AGAIN, this time with a topic that she pitched that I found so important to share. In this episode, Mary shares her experience taking and ultimately getting off of anti-anxiety meds and the advice she offered an expecting mom online seeking input on whether to pursue medication to help get through the intense feelings she had been experiencing. She also shares the tools she has learned to navigate anxiety, along with a healthy serving of reminding us we are so much more capable than we give ourselves credit for.

The book Mary recommended is: At Last a Life by Paul David
