Toilets can be dirty, especially in public bathrooms. But I promise you will be okay. Just make yourself a little nest of toilet paper or use one of the toilet seat covers.

• When you hover your pelvic floor muscles cannot fully relax to let everything out.
  • This is true for both urine and feces!
• Not fully voiding can lead into other issues like retention or urgency - don’t let this be you!
