- The causes of travel constipation including:
- Change in routine
- Change in diet
- Decreased water intake
- Change in access to a private toilet (especially if you have to share it with others that you are not used to)
- Tips to make things go smoother:
- Increase your insoluble fiber
- Be mindful of your water intake
- Grab yourself some travel Poopouri if you are sharing a bathroom
- Bring a travel Squatty Potty or create a makeshift prop for your feet
