How often do you sit down at the end of the day as a mom and wonder "Did I do enough?"
We're ALL guilty of this at one point in time or another. The anxiety of "Could I have done more?" is enough to keep us up at night, every night. Why do we spiral into these thoughts?
Tonight I'm diving into these intrusive thoughts and how we can combat them.
The first thing we HAVE to consider is how we even define "enough" and where these beliefs are coming from. Often, social media provides us with false ideologies of what a "good mom" looks like and gives us unrealistic expectations of how we should be in this role.
If we can stop, take a deep breath, and see ourselves through the lens of the people we love and who love us most, often we see a completely different image. We're not just ENOUGH, we're MORE THAN enough.
We must remember that we were designed perfectly for this role, but that this role was never intended to be performed perfectly. You are exactly who your family needs you to be.
This podcast will help you shift your perspective and rewire your thoughts when it comes to defining "enough." I hope you walk away after listening and feel a wave of reassurance that you're doing so amazing!
