Description

It's pretty incredible how powerful daily gratitude can be when you're in the trenches of it all. This episode is for my mamas who have been having some hard days, maybe some hard weeks, shoot, maybe a hard year.

As moms, we juggle so many things in each 24 hour period. It can feel so daunting, overwhelming, exhausting, even frustrating. It's easy to slip into a negative mindset and set up camp there. And each of those feelings are completely valid when you consider all of the things a mom does.

A powerful way to combat these feelings of burnout that result from our busy day-to-day is by simply writing down 3 things we're grateful for. Daily.

When we stare at our blessings on paper, it helps us, day by day, to pull ourselves out of the negative mindset we're in.

It's a small effort that can make a huge impact. Because what you once felt like you had to force, this perspective shift, will suddenly become second nature. You'll begin to shift your thought process before you even register what's happening.

Mama, I know this season is hard. I know you feel exhausted. I know you're overwhelmed.

But we are also so incredibly lucky to bear the weight of these things.

You were perfectly designed for and placed in this role. You are here because no one is a better mom for your children than you are. Let me show you how gratitude can help you remember this when the days feel heavy.
