Description

“The Enneagram gives us language and equips us to be able to share or to work toward sharing our feelings, our needs, our desires.”

Understanding our human motivations is key to fulfilling our desires. One way to get there is through the Enneagram, where we can analyze where our motivations lie, where they come from, and how they inform our three intelligence centers: Body, Mind, and Spirit.

Why does the Enneagram matter?

There are 9 dominant Enneagram types, and we all align with one. We are, though, made up of many combinations through deeper Enneagram digging, with further dimensions such as wings and subtypes.

Enneagram 1: Principled, purposeful, self-controlled and perfectionistic

Enneagram 2: Generous, demonstrative, people pleasing

Enneagram 3: Adaptive, excelling, driven, image conscious

Enneagram 4: Expressive, dramatic, self absorbed, temperamental

Enneagram 5: Perceptive, innovative, secretive, isolating

Enneagram 6: Engaging, responsible, anxious, suspicious

Enneagram 7: Spontaneous, versatile, inquisitive, scattered

Enneagram 8: Self confident, decisive, willful and confrontational

Enneagram 9: Receptive, reassuring, complacent, resigned

The Enneagram is an amazing tool to better understand yourself in all aspects of your life - it can lead us through paths of self discovery, and this type of information has a lot of power to help us.

“It is so important for us to be connected in our Body Mind Spirit so that we are fully present, fully alive, and fully aware of the things that are going on.”
