This week's guest is Erayna Sargent, founder of Hooky Wellness. We spoke about burn-out, mental wellness, and how to combat the guilt that often comes with hitting pause.

Erayna is a mental wellness advocate, speaker, facilitator, and founder of Hooky Wellness - a workplace-burnout organization. She has worked with teams across the organization at places like Google, Deloitte, Molson Coors, P&G and Teach for America, about the power of being proactive with well-being.

Erayna is an MBA alum of Indiana University, an initiative member at the Global Wellness Institute, a columnist for Well+Good, and founder of BLEND, a non-profit for professionals of color.
