Rachel Giordano otherwise known as "Producer Rachel" has been in the entertainment business for over 20 years. She began in TV with the "Barbara Walters Specials" and "The View" then went on to work for Walt Disney Feature Animation, Home Shopping Network, and iHeartMedia. She now owns her own boutique production company helping small businesses and entrepreneurs tell their stories via podcasts, YouTube and Social Media.
In this episode, Rachel and I talked about how Rachel's career as a producer has affected her need for control and how that's impacted her life. We talked about what happened as she started to answer the question "How are you?" honestly and how that led her to chart a new path in her life. Lastly, we had a great conversation about becoming a creator and how challenging it is to flip the camera and mic around on yourself.
