I want to welcome Amy. This past holiday season was the first in a long time that she did not dread how she felt or looked.
She is growing more confident in her skin and has the tools she needs to lose the weight and the best part to KEEP it off. She is feeling great and made it through her first holiday without totally blowing it! She is a mom, a wife has a career and from what I hear she is super stubborn. LOL! But what I see and know is that Amy is determined. She is a motivator and she totally kicked butt in The Shred.
