A mindset that my clients have is that exercise drives weight loss. They want to lose those last 8-10 pounds to reveal those toned muscles and it just isn’t happening. Why? Because they are not in a consistent calorie deficit. MANY MANY MANY of my clients come to me with the exercise piece in place but do not have the toned muscles that they want.
