One of the unexpected perks of starting the show has been connecting with people online and expanding my network of spiritual curious folks from all walks of life. My guest this week is one of those people! A while back I interviewed Mathew Remiski from the podcast Conspirituality in which we discussed the downside of New Age devotion. It was a really popular episode and Jessica reached out to me and we exchanged stories of our experience with things like the Law Of Attraction. Like me, Jessica spent a lot of time deeply committed to modern spirituality and practices like tarot, mediumship, channeling and reiki. And just like me she has experienced disappointment when all of the things the books, workshops and gurus promised didn't come to fruition.
