FRESH OFF THE ANNOUCEMENT THAT SHE IS LEAVING VANCOUVER!!! I have a VETERAN in the Canadian drag community - RAYE MUTHA FUCKEN SUNSHINE!! Like a lot of my guests (lol) I got way back with Raye, back to the ORIGINAL ODYSSEY when we were just lil drug babies trying to become famous. It was great to take a walk down memory lane and talk about how club culture has pretty much moved entirely online and how that affects the artists journey, how they express themselves and connect with their audiences. This is a great episode for anyone who has experience with mental health or addiction issues or folks who are curious about sobriety! Raye and I have similar experience when it comes to excess and we talk about how fun times can turn really dark and how the transition to sobriety it's not always black and white.
