I can't think of a better episode to release during the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend. We all have so much to be thankful for!! For me Thanksgiving is my favorite time of year. I really reflect on my past year and my life and try to find time to be still and express all that I'm grateful for. At my house each year I put an "ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE" jar on the island and everyone gets to drop what they are thankful for all month long. Any one who visits during that time love to drop a note in as well. During Thanksgiving at some point we pull them all out and pass them around the table and read them out loud. It is such a beautiful and humble time. You don't always know who's note your reading but you get to see the heart of people around you. I guess I explained all that to get to the juice of this episode.....
