Jake's journey is truly inspiring. From being a reformed felon and former addict, he has dedicated his life to helping the impoverished throughout the City of Rochester. He has been making a positive impact in his community by providing support and resources to those in need.
Not only that, but Jake also serves on the board of both The Mission Continues and The Bethany House for Women. His work and dedication towards making the world a better place is truly remarkable.
