The Sarasota SpeaX crew sits down with owner of A/C Heroes, Zach Lesmerises, for an in-depth discussion on not just the HVAC business, but his personal journey out of high school that led him to start and grow a business that he didn’t originally have a background in. Zach had a background in the military, and was facing a job market smack dab in the middle of a recession, causing him to learn a trade in a market that had an ongoing need.
