I wanted to take the time to update everyone on my vision for the future and how I want to focus in on a couple of niches.
My passion for helping first time home buyers is still very much a focus for me, but I also wanted to niche down a little further. I explain in the podcast how I did a ton of soul searching and meditating and grew a ton this year thanks to Cathy Heller and her amazing programs she put on called Abundance Ever After. She was definitely a catalyst for this growth and journey I took this year. I started thinking about what people come to me for advice about and 2 things kept coming up- real estate and divorce. So my new vision is to create a place where women can heal and come out financially stable on the other side. Too often I have seen women either stay in the marriage because they "don't think they can afford to leave" or they were stay at home moms that are now trying to figure out how to pay the bill or how to buy a house or plan for the future. I am working to create a lot of partners around town to help with this and creating a Facebook group to help build a Come to Find Out Tribe of women. This is also for women who are recently widowed and same things apply, they don't know what steps to take to ensure their financial future.
This podcast will still have a lot of first time home buyer info and be a great resource for anyone looking to purchase, but it will also be a great resource if you find yourself divorced or lost a spouse and don't know what steps to take.
