A slow day in Golden started with a bang. A literal bang on our window from the youth group kids. Not the way we planned on being awoken!! We then got off to a great day in Golden, Colorado, which may or may be the capital of the state, no one is sure.
Consider yourself a foodie or beer aficionado? Buckle up, because you're in for a treat! We took a detour to the golden state, where we savored a hearty meal at the Capitol Grill, navigated a boat ride gone awry, and experienced a beer tasting like no other at the iconic Coors Brewery. Our taste buds were taken on a roller-coaster ride, from the surprisingly pricey Chick-fil-A meals to the never-before-seen (or tasted) beer at Coors. Join us as we explore the unique flavors of Blue Moon, and see if it's socially acceptable to drink a beer with fruit in it. Oh, and did we mention we ended our tour with three free glasses of beer each? Cheers to that!
