Welcome to Inner Guidance, the podcast where we practice the art of returning to our Intuition for the guidance we need during pivotal times in life. In this solo episode, we dive into the concept of triggers, and how we can use wisdom from within to transform how we respond to situations in our life, and heal on a deeper level. Oftentimes we get triggered when we have an unmet need, unacknowledged belief, or unhealed part that is looking for understanding and compassion- and there is so much potential transformation that can happen once we start noticing how our inner world impacts our outer reality. In this episode, we dive into acknowledging how to differentiate where the trigger comes from, and the 5 steps to work and heal these parts within ourselves, in order to return to our empowerment, peace, and authentic self.
