A feminist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a true bootstrap entrepreneur, Alex is on a mission to redirect the flow of capital from those who do harm with it to those who heal with it. Alex founded and scaled a mental health company, Aspen Growth Coaching from zero to seven figures in under three years, always centering values over profit.
Despite all her advanced clinical training, Alex realised that you can do all the therapy in the world but if you are stuck in a soul-sucking job and in sick relationships, you will still hate your life. This led her to her newest project, Rêv, where she works with clients at the intersection of business, values, health and Human Design. Alex is committed to business as a form of art and activism, offering disruptive ways to make money without centering profits - or being an asshole.
Alex is a 1 / 3 Splenic Projector who has quite spectacularly implemented Human Design into her business during a phase of rapid growth and expansion, with wonderful results for herself, the team and the company.
I wanted to speak with Alex because she is a great example of a Projector who has created aligned and meaningful success without compromising her authenticity or energy. Rather than seeing her design as a hindrance, Alex has learnt to work with her energy and see the gifts in being a Projector.
