This week, host Kris LeDonne reported back on her homework, to seek and call in more amusement in everyday life—whether through funny moments, nature, or unexpected surprises. One highlight was attending a breathwork session on the beach, a beautifully serendipitous experience that reminded me how life flows when we stay open.

A Simple Daily Practice

Try this small but powerful exercise:

  1. Choose a feeling you want to cultivate (peace, joy, support, etc.).
  2. Create a simple symbol that represents it.
  3. Trace the symbol on your hand or in the air throughout the day as a reminder.
  4. Look for moments that reflect this feeling back to you—and express gratitude.

Little practices like this help us stay mindful and invite more of what we truly want into our lives.
