Quorra is back to study with Cindy and today they read 1st Nephi 1:17. Breaking it down into shorter phrases helps them to be sure they understand as they go. Quorra learns the meaning of "abridgement," and they find repeated thoughts. These repeated thoughts turn out to be a a chiasmus, and they mark in their margins so they'll remember the chiasmus the next time they read this verse.
