Description

Being grateful and thankful is something we tend to focus on more during the Thanksgiving season, but what if we made the decision to be intentional about practicing gratitude every single day?

In today's episode of the Far More Podcast, Liz and Jason discuss what it means to have a heart of gratitude and how it can often be difficult for 1.) people who live in America, who mostly have everything they could ever need/want and 2.) those who process things in a more logical/analytical way (i.e. "A + B = C, so of course that thing should happen" instead of "Wow, I'm so grateful that C happened").

Listen in as they unpack gratitude and even talk about Christmas and all the pressure that comes along with it.
