Agostino Pintus is the Founder and CEO of Realty Dynamics where he applies nearly two decades of real estate experience to source, negotiate, and acquire commercial properties. He and his family immigrated from Italy to Canada where his upbringing was on the rougher side of things.
A self-proclaimed “nerd” and “fat kid”, his life was upended when his mother was in a serious
car accident when he was 19. At that point, he had to step up to the plate to raise his younger
sister. With the responsibility of now paying a mortgage, keeping food on the table, and many
other things now on his plate, he often worked 2 full-time jobs to keep up. He went on to
put himself in a great position educationally speaking, but that didn’t bring him a steady career.
He jumped from job to job only to continue to just make ends meet and never find true
success. In 2008 he fell into a dark space where his mindset was broken and his path lost.
Slowly, though, he dug himself out and rebuilt his mindset and his career.
