Today we dive into the topic of Feminine Energies.
I also talk about a new practice I discovered through a Breathwork class - Working with Oracle cards. I talk about the Oracle card I pulled this week and how crazy the Universe delivers things we need at the right time. I work with the Sacred Rebels cards by Alana Fairchild. (If you watch the video recording on YouTube, I show the card deck and the one I pulled this week).
We discuss Masculine energies as a contrast, but also as a container for structure that allows the Feminine to feel safe and to be.
At the beginning of the episode I mention that Feminine and Masculine energies are within all of us regardless of your gender, however I do refer to the Feminine energy as "her" toward the end of the episode. This is how I relate to the energy and you may relate differently, which is why humans are so amazing!
