What is worse a remake of a classic or a retelling?
For me a remake is a terrible idea there is the slimmest chance that a remake will have the same effect to its already established audience as the original already does..
Why push a remake money its nothing about an evolution of a story or a universe it’s all about money…
Having a movie or Tv show that maybe has influences in it to the original movie is ok to some extent but using it as part of the universe and story arc doesn’t always match up and the big one for me is Season of the witch Halloween 3 pointless sequel has nothing to do with Michael at all and still somehow is used in the complete movie franchise if they had labelled it as coming from the same director and writer that brought you Michael Myers and Halloween then ok but they gave it a title of Halloween Season of the witch and kept as part of the franchise…
Sequels is there a place for them now and for the future?
Prequels sometimes needed for stories and back story and things that you may have asked and fans have been questioning?
