Journaling has been my personal therapy, a way to clear my mind and cultivate a healthy spirit. With consistent journaling, you'll find your mind getting right, and you'll see the beauty in waking up joyful. It's okay to acknowledge when we're not okay because the real power lies in using the tools we have to navigate life's ups and downs. Recovery is a journey that requires hard work, reminding us that we can't buy our way to wellness, we have to do the work.
