We used to laugh at our mothers when they’d sneeze and pee their pants.  I mean, who does that?! Turns out, the jokes on us. So we’re told, if you don’t want to pee your pants, do your kegels. But is that advice helpful, or harmful?  

As we age into our 40’s, 50’s, and beyond, incontinence is one of those annoying things that we seem to accept as a normal part of aging and then laugh about. But contrary to popular belief, you don’t have to suffer.
