I want to share an important message with you.

Back when I was studying, I was an anxious high achiever.

I remember meeting with my faculty advisor, Dr. Strausberg, walking him through my goals and timelines.

He looked at me, and said:

"Tara, you're the last person I'm worried about getting this done.”

In that moment, the pressure was off.

Dr. Strausberg trusted me to get my work done at a level that would meet expectations in a time frame that was appropriate.

That’s what I want to share with you today:

You are the last person I'm worried about getting things done.

You will get it done.

By lowering the pressure and expectations you put on yourself, you reframe the speed it takes to get things done.
