I had a horrible night’s sleep and it got me wondering why…
Did I go rogue and have an afternoon cup of coffee?
Am I around my cycle?
Nope.
I realized I was rehashing something that had happened earlier in the day: a meeting with my CFO.
My CFO acknowledged that I run one of the most financially efficient businesses he works with.
BUT I chose to focus on areas I don’t see myself as good enough. For example, last year I didn't see the growth I expected.
And that’s what kept me awake.
