With a dream to run a completely free indoor skatepark as a means to serve the community, Karl Hinkley and his wife out at NoWear BMX have managed to make the seemingly impossible become a reality! They have not only created a place for year-round riding, but they have created a safe place for kids to belong while finding just how far they can push their limits.
