In this week’s episode, we dive into the topic of letting go in order to discover your true nature and create a different experience of life. Ryan talks about how to let go of thoughts and feelings that make us feel constricted, separate, or not enough.

When we are caught in these lower-vibration feelings we must be able to bring our attention to the experience by becoming aware of it, accepting it, and allowing it to move through us.

These lower vibrations keep us in a patterned and predictable experience of life. When we practice the 3 A’s we are launched into willingness, acceptance, joy, and peace. Life becomes a limitless experience. When we let go of trying to control- we feel more in control.
