What's for Dinner?
Lot o’ Greens Grain Bowl
Grain of choice
Sautéd greens of choice, peppers, mushrooms, garlic, any other veggies you like!
Marinated tofu
Peanut sauce (1/2 cup peanut butter, 1/4 cup coconut aminos, tablespoon garlic, 1/2 tablespoon ginger, teaspoon hot sauce, splash rice wine vinegar, warm water to thin if needed)
Kimchi (optional)
Layer ingredients in bowl, eat up!
Comforting Chai
2 teaspoons black loose leaf tea
2 cups water
6 cardamom pods
1 cinnnamon stick
1 inch fresh ginger
3 cloves
4 black peppercorns
1 cup milk of choice
Sweetener to taste
Bring water and spices to boil, add tea, simmer for two minutes. Add milk and sweetener. Sip with pleasure!
