Winter Salad
1 head kale, shredded
4 cups shredded brussels sprouts
Seeds from 1 pomegranate
1 avocado
1 cup parmesan or goat cheese
1/2 cup pistachios
Balsamic Dressing
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon fig jam
1 tablespoon fresh thyme
2 teaspoons orange zest
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
London Fog latte
¾ cup water
2 teaspoons earl grey tea (or 1 tea bag
¼ teaspoon dried lavender
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup milk (any kind)
Instructions: Combine tea, lavender buds, and hot water in a teapot. Coverteapot and steep for 5 minutes. While tea is steeping, make the frothed milk. Stir in sugar and vanilla, enjoy!
