This mindset has crept into our churches, affecting everything from volunteer retention to spiritual growth. As leaders, we must champion a counter-cultural message that celebrates perseverance, commitment, and faithful endurance.
Remember, Jesus himself faced the temptation to quit in Gethsemane. His response - "Nevertheless, not my will but yours be done" - provides our model for pushing through difficulty toward divine purpose.
