Sean Moran is the restaurateur behind Sydney's dining institution Sean's (Panorama) in Bondi. He's also an author, a farmer, an artist and an entrepreneur. Sean takes host Savva Savas through three food memories that have shaped him, including a childhood memory at the breakfast table, a life-changing trip overseas and a moment in the top-end of Australia.
