Katrina Cameron is a fitness trainer and a pregnancy and postpartum coach. Through her journey of personal training Katrina has been guided by physical therapists and medical massage therapists to help her gain more awareness and understanding of how different bodies work and how to feel into her own body what is going on physically, emotionally and mentally. The body is a fascinating vessel with all of our different systems working together to help each other out and to help give us understanding of what it needs. Katrina has been a Certified Personal Trainer with NASM since 2016. In 2020 she graduated with a certification as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Coach and in 2022 she became a Certified Online Trainer with the Online Trainer Academy.
