Sarah is a seeker, a Gemini, and a woo-woo woman. She grew up with New Age philosophies, dabbled in Church-going, and went through a decade-long dark night of the soul that took her out of Spirituality all together. Eventually, grief and depression led her back to the seeker's path. She went on to complete her Life Coaching and Personal Training certifications and built a business coaching clients through holistic transformation. Today, Sarah has parlayed her coaching skills into a Spiritual Coaching business, called Sarah Frances Coaching. She now helps other seekers discover what a Spiritual practice looks like for them, so they can find Divine guidance and flow in their lives, too.
