Hello Everyone! This episode plays off of episode 4. Both of these are inspired by my most recent trip back home to NC.
Overview:
- Set boundaries - Helps others understand your boundaries
- Give off the energy you wish to receive
- If the foods make you uncomfortable, remember, its only for a short period of time. This is a great time to practice getting out of your comfort zone. Try 1 thing that you would typically shy away from and me mindful while doing so
- Understand how you need to charge and make the time for it
- Try to learn something - about yourself or others
- Go do something active, like a walk
