Ayyye!! In this episode, we talk about the Union Stockyards! Not only do we talk about it, but we visit The Plant, which is a museum inside one of the old packinghouses!! We were guided by Ph.D. Professor, and author of the book Slaughterhouse, Dominic Pacyga. This is one of the best museums in all of Chicago! Then for dinner, we hit Frontier and have a whole roasted pig!! Brains, eyeballs, and all! Tune in and hear all about that!
