We were guided by Ph.D. Professor, and author of the book Slaughterhouse, Dominic Pacyga. This is one of the best museums in all of Chicago! Then for dinner, we hit Frontier and have a whole roasted pig!! Brains, eyeballs, and all! Tune in and hear all about that!
